Resin Bonded Catridges have distinct advantage in the following:
- Consistent Particle removal.
- Extended Catridge life.
- Ability to withstand high tempratures.
- Ability to withstand elevated differential pressures.
- Broad chemical compatibility.
- Easy disposal.
- Easy of installation and removal in high temperature applications.
They are available from 10-150 microns filteration capacity.
The rigid, resin bonded structure prevents by-pass and unloading common with soft filters as the system pressure increases or surges. The filter contains no metal or plastic cores which allows for easy disposal.

Polypropylene Spun Catridge
Catridges are basically designed for final filterations.
Polypropylene is selected for its high chemical resistance, this are basically one time use Catridges. These Catridges are free of surfactants.
They are available in nominal lengths of 10", 20"& 40" and an outside diameter of 2.5".
They are available in micron ratings from 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, 100 micron ratings.
They have a high void volume resulting in low clean drop in pressure and have excellent dirt holding capacity. They withstand a temperature of upto 80°C.

Polypropylene Wound Catridge
Catridges are basically designed for final filterations.
Polypropylene is selected for its high chemical resistance, this are basically one time use Catridges. These Catridges are free of surfactants, resins and binders.
They are available in nominal lengths of 10", 20" & 40" and an outside diameter of 2.5"

Polypropylene PFT Pleated Catridge
Pleated Catridges are selected for the following advantages:
-
Absolute removal ratings for consistent and reliable performance.
-
Range of ratings from 1 to 35µm.
-
Wide chemical compatibility using polypropylene media option.
-
Higher dirt holding capacity.
Optimised media resulting in low clean differential pressure.
|
Available in 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 35 microns ratings.
Maximum Temperature of 60°C.
Note:
It is advisable to use as low a flow rate as possible in order to optimise catridge life and efficiency.
